THE BUSINESS PROJECT
Your AI team, with a memory. For your business or your household. One file. Nothing to install.

Open the zip first (Windows: right-click, Extract All. Mac: double-click).
Then pick the way that matches your AI plan.

WAY 1: CLAUDE PRO (OR HIGHER), DESKTOP APP. FULL MEMORY, NOTHING TO COPY.
1. Put the Business-Project folder somewhere you'll keep it, like your Desktop.
2. In the Claude desktop app, start a task with that folder connected.
3. Say hi.
Your team sets itself up with you, then keeps MY-PROJECT.txt up to date on its own: every note, every change. You never copy anything.

WAY 2: ANY CLAUDE OR CHATGPT ACCOUNT, FREE INCLUDED.
1. Make a new Project and drop in MY-PROJECT.txt.
2. Open a chat in the project and say hi.
Here your AI can read the file but can't save it. So after setup, and whenever something important changes (a price, a priority, a rule), your team hands you a new copy. Save it over the old MY-PROJECT.txt and swap it into the project: remove the old file, add the new one. About a minute. Between changes, the app's own memory carries your week.
(To save a copy: open MY-PROJECT.txt in Notepad or TextEdit, select all, paste the new version, save.)

WHAT TO SAY
"Today's three." "Sort my inbox." "Draft this." "Follow-ups." "Prep me." "Reply to this." "Check in." "Ask for a review" (business). "Plan my week." "Money snapshot." "Add to my knowledge." "End of day." On Friday: "Weekly report."
In Way 2, use one chat per week and start a fresh one each Monday.

IF IT DOESN'T START ON ITS OWN
Type: Set me up. In ChatGPT, if it ever ignores the rules, add this line to the project's instructions: Before every reply, read MY-PROJECT.txt and follow Part 1.

GOOD TO KNOW
- A free Claude account can make up to 5 projects. A free ChatGPT project holds 5 files; this uses 1.
- If your email and calendar are connected to your AI app, your team reads them itself. If not, it asks you one short question.
- It drafts. You send. It never sends, buys, books, files or deletes anything.
- Gemini: Google is changing Gems to Skills starting November 2026, and building them may need a paid plan. On free Gemini, use Claude or ChatGPT.
- Privacy: check your AI app's data settings first. Don't put in passwords, card numbers, or anyone's health or legal records.
