Privacy Notice

This notice covers homelandresponsesolutions.com, run by Homeland Response Solutions LLC (“HRS,” “we,” “us”), a Utah limited liability company.
The short version
We collect only what we need to send you what you asked for and to process a purchase. We don’t sell your information. We don’t use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for the free assistant or ask for setup steps after a purchase. If you came from one of our ads, we also save which ad, so we know which ones work. Email is handled by MailerLite, and we ask you to confirm your address before sending anything else.
- Purchase details, when you buy a Product. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your email, card details and billing country (and address where needed) to process the payment. We never see your full card number. We receive confirmation of the order, your email and what you bought.
- What you write in our contact form. The form runs on Google Forms, and your answers come straight to us.
- What you share with your AI app stays there. The Products run in your own AI chat app. We don’t receive what you type into it.
How we use it
To send you what you signed up for or bought, to answer you, to send the short notes you signed up for (unsubscribe any time from any email), to keep records the law requires, and to learn which of our ads bring people in.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and our orders: MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments), Google (contact form) and our website host. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of selling the business. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe’s checkout page may use cookies it needs to process payment and prevent fraud.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our email at any time with the link in every message. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have more rights under local law, and we’ll honor them. We won’t treat you differently for using them.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you’re subscribed, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Children
This site isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Where it’s processed
We operate in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the US and wherever our service providers operate.
