If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of buying it and we’ll make it right: a fix, a replacement, or a refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live.
