ABOUT BLAKE
I spent over a decade leading AI and robotics work for a large organization. Outside of work, I’m a dad and an outdoorsman who loves being on a river in my packraft or out on my mountain bike. I started HRS so my work would fit around my life. Now I help business owners get the same thing.
VETERAN OWNED
I served two tours in Afghanistan in Army Psychological Operations.

LANTHORN
Lanthorn is separate from my consulting work. It’s a values-first progress system for individuals. It helps you name what you value and where you want to go, then shows you your one move each day.
