Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms cover homelandresponsesolutions.com and the digital products sold on it, including The Business Project and Your First AI Employee (the “Products”). The site and the Products are run by Homeland Response Solutions LLC (“HRS,” “we,” “us”), a Utah limited liability company. By using the site or buying a Product, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

2. What you get

The Products are digital files: prompts, templates and guides you use in an AI chat app you already have, such as Claude or ChatGPT. We don’t provide that app. Your use of it is under its own provider’s terms and plans.

When you buy a Product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or inside your own business. Don’t resell, share publicly or redistribute the files.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Homeland Response Solutions LLC is the seller. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, plus any sales tax that applies. Your download is available right after checkout. For help with an order, contact us below.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

5. Consulting work

Done-with-you consulting is covered by our Consulting Agreement, including how our 30-day guarantee works. These terms don’t change that agreement.

6. What the Products are and aren’t

The Products help an AI app draft, sort and summarize. You review the work and decide what gets sent. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and we don’t promise any particular result from a digital Product.

7. Your information stays yours

The details you give your AI app about your work stay in that app and in your own files. We don’t receive them, and we don’t claim any rights to them.

8. Our ownership

The site and the Products, including their text, design and names, belong to HRS or our licensors. Experts and books named on this site are credited for their published work. None of them is connected to HRS.

9. Disclaimers

The site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where the law doesn’t allow those to be excluded.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HRS isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim about a Product is limited to what you paid for it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first and give us 30 days to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. Using the site or Products after that means you accept the update.
